"Very rude"

I tried to buy some 'bugs bunny' carrots, and just asked if I could have the large amount of greenery chopped off and the more 'mature' woman there wouldn't do it. She made me feel as if I was the one being unreasonable. I could see a chopping implement behind her but couldn't be bothered. Will go elsewhere. It's a shame as they looked really crunchy and full of flavour..
